Terms of service

This website describes services offered by Westfold Innovations and lets you request a consultation or send us a project brief. Submitting a brief or booking a call does not create a services engagement; engagements begin only when both parties agree to a written scope and quote.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Don't send confidential material through the forms — save that for after we're under an agreement (we're happy to sign an NDA).

The content and design of this site belong to Westfold Innovations. Client work ownership is defined in each engagement agreement — our standard position is that clients own the deliverables and code we build for them.

This site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties. Timelines, examples, and outcomes described here are illustrative and depend on scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westfold Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

The site links to third-party services (e.g. scheduling and example client sites). Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
